What kind of coffee do you use?
We use only the highest quality, hand picked Arabica beans for our coffee blends.  Our single origin coffees (i.e. Sumatra Mandheling, Guatemalan Antigua) are brought in from the top coffee producers from across the globe.

 When will my order be shipped?
Our offices, production and shipping is open Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m CST, therefore any order placed during normal business hours will be sent to production within 24 hours of placing the order.  Any order placed during non-business hours will be sent to production in the order received.  Each order is fresh roasted prior to delivery to ensure your coffee maintains the fresh from the roaster taste and aroma you deserve in a premium coffee.  Most orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 days.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently only offer shipping within the Continental United States and Canada.
