Because we custom roast your coffee order it may take 2 - 5 business days to prepare and ship your order; in special cases, it may take up to 7 business days.
Large orders (i.e. 20 lb. bulk) may take up to 7 business days to prepare and ship. Special orders (i.e. grinding coffee beans, especially in 8 oz. bags) involve more preparation time and may take 7 business days to ship.
Custom roasting means you receive exceptional fresh tasting coffee every time. May we recommend you allow extra time for delivery of your orders...especially 20 lb. bulk and special orders involving grinding.
