Receive a 10% discount on the total amount of your first order, and every subsequent "My Regular Order" thereafter. This is our way of thanking you for being a faithful, loyal customer. Only available to customers in the Continental USA (Alaska not included). 

How do I get started?

 

It's really easy. Click here to download "My Regular Order" form or complete the form online.

 

Then set up "My Regular Order" by simply filling out the order form, choosing your favorite coffee, tea and any of our other products. Tell us how often you want them, and we'll send your "My Regular Order" to you automatically.
Never worry about remembering to re-order again.

You may change your order:

  • Add items to your order
  • Remove items from your order
  • Change the frequency of the order fulfillment time
  • Temporarily stop delivery
  • Cancel your order

You may cancel your "My Regular Order" up to 48 hours before ship date.

 


 

Answers to "My Regular Order" frequently asked questions:

 

What if prices go up for items in "My Regular Order"?
Because we value your loyalty as a "My Regular Order" customer you will be protected for one order at the old price.

What if prices go down for items in "My Regular Order"?
Rest assured you will receive the lowest price for all items in the order to be shipped. Just before ship date of your order we will scan the prices again to ensure you are getting the best price.

Does the 10% discount apply to "Specials" and "Volume Discount"pricing?
No. The 10% discount is computed on regular pricing (this applies to Retail Site and Wholesale Site orders). 

Is "My Regular Order" delivered FREE?
Yes.  Retail Site orders: as long as the order totals $36 or more. $5.00 extra delivery surcharge if the order totals less than $36.  Wholesite Site orders: as long as order totals $60 or more.  If order is less than $60 there is a $10 extra delivery surcharge. 

What will it cost me if I want "My Regular Order" shipped faster than UPS, Fedex or USPS Ground?
It depends on the weight of your order and how far the destination from our warehouse. Here are the current rates for a 2 bag (5 lbs.) order from our warehouse to west coast destinations: Next day air: $31.00; 2nd day air: $16.00; 3rd day air: $12.50.

 Can I have more than one "My Regular Order"?
Absolutely! Perhaps you would like to vary the coffee (or other products) you receive every other order. For example: Order 100% Colombian every second month (say July and Sept.) and Mocha Java every alternating second month (say August and October); same with teas or any of our other products. We'll set up your ordering pattern that way…automatically. It's that simple!

 How do I pay for "My Regular Order"?
Just before shipment we will charge your credit card.

 Supposing I want to change my order, change the frequency, temporarily stop delivery or cancel "My Regular Order"?
You can do this anytime. By using the bottom section of the "My Regular Order" order form, you can advise us of any changes you wish to make - by email, phone or fax (toll free).

Can I cancel my MRO status temporarily (to possibly get a better price) and then re-apply later?  No. The intent of this program is to reward loyal customers (with a 10% discount) who want us to automatically ship their standing order at specified time intervals.
