If you are having a problem with the product you have received, delivery of your order, or with our service, we want to know about it. We will do everything we can to make the situation right.
If, after having received your order, you are not satisfied, let us know. E.mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us (toll free) 1 855 312 3005. We will take a look at the order and see what can we can do to correct your problem. Please state order number.
We do charge a 15% restocking fee in specific instances where the customer simply does not like the taste of the coffee and wants to return it, refuses delivery or has arbitrarily changed their mind about accepting their order after their order has been shipped (return delivery cost will also be charged).
