Orders totaling $60 or more are delivered FREE to anywhere in the Continental USA (except Alaska). ($10 extra if order totals less than $60) You can mix and match any of the coffees, teas or other products (excluding brewing equipment) listed on the Shopping Cart pages in order to meet or exceed the Free Delivery minimum.
Deliveries will be by UPS or USPS - Ground. Large shipments may be shipped by freight transport (to obtain lower delivery cost).

How long will it take to prepare and ship my order?
Because we custom roast your coffee order it may take 3 - 4 business days to prepare your order, plus delivery time to your door. Large orders (i.e. 20 lb. bulk) may take up to 5 business days to prepare and ship. Special orders (i.e. grinding coffee beans, especially 8 oz.) involve more preparation time and may take up to 7 business days to ship. May we recommend you allow extra time for delivery of your orders...especially 20 lb. bulk and special orders involving grinding. Please be assured we will endeavor to ship your orders as promptly as possible.
RESTOCKING FEE
Return of perfectly good product for credit may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of shipping to our Des Moines, IA warehouse location.
What will it cost me if I want my order shipped faster than Ground?
It depends on the weight of your order, and how far the distance from our Des Moines, IA. warehouse. Here are current UPS rates for a 5 lb. order from our warehouse to west coast destinations: Next day air: $31.00; 2nd day air: $16.00; 3rd day air: $12.50.
