"At our last catering job, the clients and their guests were so impressed with the smell and taste of the coffee they asked us if they could purchase bags of it. This was something we had not anticipated, and had not packed much extra coffee for that night. In order to quell the guests from purchasing all our inventory I decided to raise the price over what we would have charged under normal circumstances. It didn't work! They bought everything we had and placed orders for more. It was twice as much fun for us since it had our logo on the bags. It just doesn't get any better than this!

"The French Roast you sent was very good. I was surprised that it improves on an otherwise good French Roast you sent previously. The roast was a bit darker and had a slightly sticky sheen. It may have a bit more more moisture in the roast because a little of the fresh grind will stick in the bottom of the grinder. It makes a very good cup of coffee...very robust, smokey and satisfying. I was quite pleased with the prior beans you sent but this slight change is most welcome. I can occasionally find this style of roast but it is rare and must be difficult to achieve. I commend you for a "roast well done"."
